SoftTouch MCP server

Read-only Model Context Protocol endpoint for SoftTouch shop data.

Add this URL as a custom connector in Claude, ChatGPT (developer mode) or Gemini Business/Enterprise, then sign in with your MySoftTouch login. Only users of a SoftTouch database with the MCP module enabled can connect.

This connection can only read data. It cannot create, change or delete anything in your shop.

Terms and disclaimer
  1. Data transfer. By activating this connection you give the selected AI service (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI or Google) read access to data from your SoftTouch database, including customer, sales, stock and pricing data. That data is processed by the AI vendor under its own terms. SoftTouch has no control over and no responsibility for that processing.
  2. Responsibility and GDPR. As data controller you are solely responsible for the lawfulness of this transfer, for your agreements with the AI vendor (data processing agreement) and for informing your customers and staff.
  3. No warranty on answers. Answers, summaries, calculations and advice are generated by the AI service, not by SoftTouch. They may be incomplete, outdated or wrong and do not replace the official SoftTouch reports or your accounting. SoftTouch is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of these answers.
  4. Access. The connection is read-only: nothing can be changed, created or deleted. You decide who in your organisation may connect; keep your login safe and deactivate users in MySoftTouch when needed.
  5. Logging. Every request through this connection is logged (database, user, AI service, time, function used) for support, security and billing purposes.
  6. Costs and consumption. Using the AI service consumes tokens, credits or subscription allowance that the AI vendor bills to you under your own contract with that vendor. Consumption is driven by your users' questions and by the data the AI service decides to request, which SoftTouch neither controls nor limits. SoftTouch is not responsible for these costs and will not reimburse them. For the MCP module itself SoftTouch may charge a licence fee according to its current price list; the logged usage may serve as the basis for that fee.
  7. Changes and updates. SoftTouch may at any time and without prior notice adapt, extend, restrict, temporarily interrupt or discontinue this service, including the available functions, the data and fields returned, the limits and the way of connecting. SoftTouch does not guarantee compatibility with future versions of AI services or MCP clients and is not responsible for changes the AI vendor makes to its service. Updated terms are shown at a next connection; continued use constitutes acceptance.
  8. Service and liability. This service is provided as is, without any guarantee of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, SoftTouch is not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of data or costs arising from the use of this connection. SoftTouch has no partnership with the AI vendors. The SoftTouch licence terms remain applicable.
